Tours Machu Picchu by Train – Full Day
We pick you up from your hotel at 4:00 a.m. to head to Ollantaytambo train station, where we board the train at 6:30 a.m. and arrive at Aguas Calientes around 8:30 a.m.
Our guide will be waiting for you at the station, and from there, you’ll take the bus up to Machu Picchu. The guided tour lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, during which you’ll explore the most important areas of the archaeological site.
After the tour, you’ll take the bus back down to Aguas Calientes, where you’ll have free time to explore the town, have lunch, or relax.
Later, you’ll board the train at 6:30 p.m., arriving in Ollantaytambo at 8:30 p.m., and from there take a 2-hour bus ride back to Cusco, arriving around 10:30 p.m.


TRAVEL NOTE:
If you wish to hike an additional mountain such as Huayna Picchu (reservations must be made 4 months in advance during the high season from May to September) or Machu Picchu Mountain, it is recommended to book at least 1 to 2 months in advance.
